A Sense of Place.
A Point of View
From desert retreats to mountain cabins to California guesthouses, we create spaces that belong exactly where they are - layered with personality, grounded in place, and just unexpected enough to remember.

The House of the Golden Turtle
Palm Springs gave us the permission slip.
Drawing from the city's Hollywood history, mid-century architecture, and unapologetic sense of fun, we created a home that feels glamorous without taking itself too seriously.
A graphic black-and-white foundation grounds bold color, geometric pattern, vintage-inspired details, and Slim Aarons photography captured just blocks away. The result is playful, polished, a little cheeky - and unmistakably Palm Springs.
But every memorable moment also had to work for real guests. The design was created through a hospitality lens from the beginning, balancing personality with durability, comfort, and intuitive function.

Evergreen Lodge
The goal wasn't to erase the cabin's identity - it was to uncover a better version of it.
We traded the heavy, dated interior for a lighter, more layered palette while preserving the warmth, texture, and sense of retreat that make a mountain home feel like a mountain home.
The result is brighter and more current without losing the coziness and connection to place that guests come to Lake Arrowhead to experience.

Icon in Las Palmas at Merito Manor
Built in 1961 by celebrated architect Barry Berkus, Icon didn't need us to invent an identity. It already had one.
Our job was to listen to it.
We honored the home's mid-century architecture and clean geometry while incorporating the owner's eclectic art and vintage collection, contemporary furnishings, comfort, and functionality.
The result respects the period without reproducing it - and lets the architecture remain the star.

Cozy Cottage
A relaxed California guesthouse designed around the way multiple generations actually use a space - comfortable, accessible, easy to live in, and intentionally connected to the outdoors.
Here, the memorable move isn't visual drama. It's thoughtful function: a space that feels welcoming, calm, and considered for the people who will actually inhabit it.
